Carcassonne Wight is an exceptional, pink cloved hardneck garlic showing great vigour in UK climate. It can be considered the most successful of all hardnecks in UK with good skin cover, great strength of flavour coupled with a superior (in our opinion) bouquet and character.

This variety was probably taken to Carcassonne by pilgrims travelling from the east on their way to Compostela.
