How Do I Contact Simply Seeds?

Do You Have A Shop That Is Open To The Public?

  • No, SimplySeed.co.uk is an online only seed company, by keeping our costs low we can keep our prices low.
 

Will I Receive A Confirmation Of My Order?

  • Yes, the SimplySeeds website will send an email confirmation of your order.
If you do not receive a confirmation, the most common reason is that you may not have entered your email address correctly.  Please contact if you think this is the case. 
 

Can I Trace My Delivery?

  • Whilst you can not track your parcel through the postal system, you will receive status emails so you know when your order has been despatched.  You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your online account.

Can You Send Me A Catalogue? 

  • We do not produce a paper catalogue - it only adds to our costs, the website list all products available and has a live stock control. So if it says it's in stock, then it's in stock.

How Do I Unsubscribe To The Newsletter Or Change My Contact Details?

  • You can do this by signing in to your account. There is an unsubscribe link on every newsletter sent out.
 

Is It Safe To Shop Online?

  • We have employed the best companies available to build our website.  We do not see your card details at any stage of the order process - all that is handled by the banks and payment gateways. We do not store any card details or share your contact details with other companies  
  • When you Check Out your personal and credit card details are encrypted - our URL will start with "https".  As long as you take care with your computer's security we feel that shopping online is amongst the most secure forms of transaction.

How Do I Pay For My Seed Order?

  • We accept all the major payment cards. 
 

Can I Pay By Cheque, Paypal Or Internet Banking?

  • No, Sorry - we have tried keep it simple to keep our costs and prices low. Nearly all customers happy to pay with one of the card options provided.
 

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

  • The total of your order will be deducted from your card as soon as you Check Out.  Please take care to check your order before proceeding through Check Out. If you need to cancel your order please contact us ASAP.

 

Are There Any Discounts For Large Seed Orders?

  • Our prices are very competitive, however if you wish to order a large quantity of a certain item, please get in touch first..
 

How Soon Will My Order Be Dispatched?

  • We despatch Monday - Friday and hope to process your order within 24 hours of receiving it. However during the peak season orders may be delayed slightly due to the seasonal nature of the business.

Are Your Seeds Genetically Modified?

  • To the best of our knowledge, SimplySeeds do not stock any GM varieties nor do we have any intention to sell them in the future.

What Happens If My Seed Doesn't Grow?

  • When you buy something from SimplySeeds, you have the peace of mind that you are making a good choice.  We trial a good proportion of the varieties listed on our own nursery, so have a good idea on how they are performing. Your are however covered by our Seed Guarantee.

Do You Supply Any Garden Centred In My Area?

  • No, we only pack for selling on our own website.
