Zephyr is a distinctive hybrid summer squash variety, producing slender fruits that are predominantly yellow in colour with light green pointed ends.

Best harvested when the fruits are 10 - 15cm in length, they have a delicious nutty flavour and firm texture.

The flowers are also edible.
