Squash Turks Turban is a multi-use winter squash.
This is a bright odd looking squash, usually gorwn for ornamental use, however when the fruits are picked young, are very tasty.
The vines have a trailing habit and the fruits grown to around 2kg, however for cooking, remember to pick smaller. The fruits will store well.
