Corn Salad Verte de Cambrai, otherwise more popularly known as Lambs Lettuce is probably one of the most used salad leaves there is.
This variety is a small leaf type, has good leaf colour, and is cold tolerant. Can be sown for harvesting from July to September oudoors and September to March under cover, giving an almost year round supply of fresh salad leaves.
