Cauliflower Optimist is a hybrid autumn giant type cauliflower. It is hardy, with good disease resistance and performs well even in cold, wet conditions. It produces high quality, dense packed curds with good foliage protection and is easy to cut.

For late autumn / early winter harvesting - November to mid January depending on sowing date.
