From the same breeders as the popular Butternut Hunter, Butternut Squash Harrier is the earliest maturing variety available, as has been specifically bred for growing in the Northern European climate.

With an bushy but open habit, Butternut Squash Harrier is usually cropping around 95-100 days after sowing with good care.

Ready to harvest when a light tan colour and weighing about 800g. Has a bright orange flesh and good sweet taste.
