Spinach Trombone is a versatile variety suitable for sowing from virtually all year round, outside during warmer months and indoors or undercover during colder months.

It is a fast growing variety with a dark green colour, and has some mildew resistance. Highly recommended.

Slower to harvest than reddy, at approx 6 / 7 weeks.

Spinach Trombone Sowing Guidelines
When to Sow Seeds:

March - May
July - October

Indoors: October to February

Germination Temperature: 15C +
Cover Seed: Lightly
Time to Germinate: 5 Days
Frost Hardy: Best grown indoors during the colder months
Plant Spacing: Broadcast sow thinly for picking leaves young.
