Red Duke of York Potato Seeds.

Red Duke of York is a dry mealy potato packed with flavour and does not disintegrate on boiling. An improved 'Duke of York' discovered in 1942, many major supermarkets and retailers are now stocking this potato as the best of the best in the potato world.

Winner of the RHS award of garden merit.

Culinary uses are boiling, mashing and chipping.

Top variety for flavour. I grow it successionally right through the season for maximum availability. I find it stores well, despite being a first early, and grows very well in pots. I can't find any better!!

Thick skinned stars

Large crop of uniform sized spuds. Lovely roasties ona sunday. Wouldn't have as a jacket because the skins are very thick. No disease problems - even scab was nonexistant.
