Sweetcorn Earlibird is one of the earliest super sweet varieties currently available. It produces a good yield of high quality cobs, approximately 20cm in length, with 16 rows of small grains.

Along with Swift, this probably the best variety to grow in most UK situations, as it has early maturity, as well as superb taste and texture.
Earlibird can usuually be picked from end August onwards, and has good holding ability, so you can pick the cobs over several weeks. Best used as soon as picked for best flavour.
