French Bean Purple Teepee as the name suggests produces slightly curved, long dark purple pods, which are round in profile. The beans are held above the foliage for ease of picking, have excellent flavour and are stringless.
Best picked when pods are young, they turn dark green when cooked. Resistant to Common Bean Mosaic Virus.
A dwarf / bush variety.
