Red Duke of York is a dry mealy potato packed with flavour and does not disintegrate on boiling. An improved 'Duke of York' discovered in 1942, many major supermarkets and retailers are now stocking this potato as the best of the best in the potato world. Winner of the RHS award of garden merit. Culinary uses are boiling, mashing and chipping.
