Our promise to you as a customer of SimplySeed.co.uk

Every gardener knows that results depend on weather, soil, cultivation, and growing factilities available, so we limit our liability in all instances to the purchase price of the seed.

We trial batches of seed on our own nursery to ensure they reach the high standards expected by ourselves. However, if for some reason we find a problem with the germination of our seed, we promise to promptly replace it with seed from another batch.

Our policy on GM seed.

It is simply not possible to offer a 100% guarantee that any seed has not been genetically modified as would mean the testing of each and every single seed we sell.

However, we assure you that to the best of our knowledge - we do not currently, nor do we ever intend to stock GM seed.
