Cabbage Ruby King is an outstanding, early maturing red cabbage. It has a very good flavour and intense red colouring. It has an upright plant habit, so can be grown at closer spacing, therefore is useful for smaller gardens and is ideal for successional sowing.

Ruby King is best picked from August to early October. The heads will store well once picked. Sow the seeds of Ruby king first then follow on with Ruby Perfection.
